VIS is an NGO that since 1986, inspired by the charism of San Giovanni Bosco, has been involved in development cooperation and international solidarity, and an educational agency that promotes and organizes awareness-raising, education, and training activities for development and global citizenship. Its interventions mainly focus on education as a key factor of human development, a fundamental right in itself and as a tool for the realisation of human rights, with the aim of expanding knowledge, possibilities, equal opportunities and overcoming discrimination, including gender discrimination. In the over 20 Countries where it operates, its interventions are oriented towards the development of local communities, and are mainly aimed at girls, children and young people in conditions of vulnerability, disadvantage and hardship.

Salesiani – CNOS‑FAP ETS (Fondazione CNOS‑FAP)
CNOS-FAP Foundation is an Italian association founded on December 9th 1977. It coordinates the Italian Salesian VET centres who provide a public service in vocational guidance, initial, higher and continuous vocational education and training, following the educational methodology of St. John Bosco. Salesian Institutions are in 133 Countries, as VET providers they started their activities in 1870 and are currently active in 108 Countries, managing 1845 technical and educational schools and VET centres, numbering them among the long-lasting and widest network of training providers of the world.
At national level, CNOS-FAP operates in 16 Italian Regions with 60 Centres mainly:
- Providing vocational guidance and counselling services for youth and adults.
- Planning and delivering courses in different fields, in the settings of initial and higher Vocational Education and Training, and adult education.
- Designing and implementing continuous vocational training paths tailored on the needs of industries, building up partnerships with them at international level.

AKMI
The Institute of Vocational Training AKMI is Greece’s largest VET provider, founded in 1989. It operates in 9 cities, enrolling around 18,000 students yearly in 112 specialties across 14 sectors. AKMI is part of the AKMI Group, which includes Metropolitan College. It offers post-secondary education at EQF levels 3-5 and collaborates internationally with organizations like ITEC and Pearson Edexcel. AKMI emphasizes social inclusion and aims to cultivate productive, broad-minded citizens through education. It has received numerous awards, including recognition as the most Innovative VET Provider in Europe by the European Vocational Skills Week in 2022. Additionally, AKMI SA is Greece’s only Centre of Vocational Excellence, affiliated with the European Network for Excellence.

Bethlehem University
Established in 1973 under the Lasallian Catholic tradition, Bethlehem University is the first university in the West Bank. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs, fostering academic excellence, religious diversity, and community engagement.

CEEBA – Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations
The Confederation of Egyptian European Business Associations (CEEBA) was founded in 2004 to promote sustainable economic development and Euro-Mediterranean cooperation. CEEBA represents the the interests of EU Egyptian business associations, working to strengthen trade, investment, and innovation ties between Egypt and the European Union. Through strategic partnerships and EU-funded projects, CEEBA supports private sector development, green and digital transitions, and inclusive growth across sectors such as manufacturing, tourism, energy, ICT, and agriculture. It plays a key role in fostering cross-border collaboration, building the capacity of SMEs, and aligning local practices with EU standards. CEEBA actively engages in policy dialogue, promotes public-private partnerships, and connects stakeholders across the Mediterranean to advance regional integration and shared prosperity.

CARDET – Center for the Advancement of Research & Development in Educational Technology
CARDET (Centre for Advancement of Research and Development in Educational Technology) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental, research and development organization based in Cyprus. It is one of the leading research and development centres in the Euro-Mediterranean region, with global expertise in project design and implementation, capacity building, and e-learning. CARDET is independently affiliated with universities and institutions from around the world, such as Yale University, the University of Nicosia and the International Council of Educational Media. CARDET has completed numerous projects relating to the development of capacity building and planning in education and VET, youth support, adult learning, literacies, digital tools, eLearning, educational technology, and social integration of marginalized groups and seniors.

National TVET Commission (NTC) of Palestine
The National TVET Commission (NTC) of Palestine is a governmental body established in 2021 to oversee and enhance the country’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system. Its primary mandate includes aligning TVET programs with labor market demands, improving coordination among stakeholders, and fostering partnerships between public institutions and the private sector. NTC has main functions as developing and implementing strategies for TVET, work with partners nationally and internationally to improve the TVET system in Palestin. The vision is mainly about a comprehensive and unified TVET systemchracterized by effeciency and quality.

Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI)
Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is a leading institution representing the business community since 1953 in Bethlehem Governorate. It works to support and develop local industries, trade, and services by providing advocacy, networking, and capacity-building opportunities. BCCI plays a key role in promoting economic growth, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and facilitating local and international partnerships. The Chamber serves as a bridge between the private sector and public institutions. It also provides business-related services such as registration, certification, and market access support. BCCI is committed to enhancing the competitiveness of the local economy and fostering sustainable development.
