Module 4: Stakeholder Engagement in TVET

Module 4 shows how TVET centres can work better with the people and organisations around them—employers, public bodies, community actors, and partners—so training stays relevant and opportunities for learners grow. Participants learn how to map stakeholders, prioritise who to focus on, communicate clearly, and build collaboration that lasts.

Module 3: Creative and Innovative Thinking in TVET

Module 3 is about turning real challenges into practical improvements. Participants learn a simple, repeatable way to design solutions that respond to real needs—starting from listening to learners and employers, then moving step by step from a clear problem to an idea, a quick prototype, feedback, and a concrete project proposal.
